CNFans for label readers: the agent, the warehouse check and the maintenance notice

CNFans is the agent that photographs the piece before it ships. This page keeps to what its archived pages and its current notice actually say, with the date beside each.

Status checked 19 October 2026: cnfans.com answers with its maintenance notice, not the shop, and names no day it expects to reopen.

What CNFans does in an order

CNFans is a shopping agent. Its archived site, captured 23 August 2026, set the service out in four stages: you send it a product link and order, it buys from the seller and has the item delivered to the CNFans warehouse in China, it checks the item there, and it ships your items abroad in one package.

That makes it the party standing between a Chinese seller and a buyer who cannot read the listing or pay the seller directly. It does not make the garment or write the label; the label arrives with the piece from the seller, and the agent's photo is where you first see it.

The company behind the brand was not named on any archived page we could read, and this guide names none. The warehouse is described only as being in China.

The maintenance notice, as seen on 19 October 2026

When we opened cnfans.com on 19 October 2026, the home page and every other address we tried returned the same page, titled Website Maintenance Notice. It describes the site as under maintenance and upgrade work, asks users with questions about orders or related matters to contact the support team, and gives the support address as [email protected]. It names no date for the shop to return.

Our first copy of that page is dated 10 October 2026, and it was unchanged in size on each check since. A page that loads is not the same as a shop that works, so this guide links only to the home address and says plainly what it showed on the day.

Catalog links on this site do not depend on CNFans and keep working. When cnfans.com returns, the status lines on this site will change on the day we see it.

How to use CNFans with this Spreadsheet

The working order is simple. Find a piece on a catalog shelf or through the search box, open the seller page and read what it says about size and fiber, then order it through CNFans and ask for a photo of the label when it reaches the warehouse.

While the maintenance notice is up, the first half still works: you can browse, save finds and ask sellers for label photos. The ordering half waits for the shop to come back.

Once it does, take the label request from the warehouse page, put the photo through the Declaration stack, and decide before the parcel ships. None of these steps needs this site to be involved; the guide only helps you read what you are shown.

See where cnfans.com stands

Our latest look at cnfans.com was on 19 October 2026. It still served the maintenance page, with order questions pointed to the support mailbox printed there and no date for coming back.

Fees, exchange rate and shipping, within the archive's limits

No service fee figure appears anywhere in the archived pages. Their help footer listed a Service and Fees category, but the text behind it was not captured, so this guide gives no fee and does not repeat anyone else's.

The archived header showed a currency switch set to US dollars; the exchange rate used was not archived either, so there is no rate to quote. The home page promoted a shipping estimate and a choice of many international lines, and help categories for charges, packaging, customs and taxation, but none of the line rules survive.

That is an honest gap rather than a hidden one. When the site returns, the fee table, the rate and the line rules will be readable there, dated on the day they are read.

Why CNFans for these finds, and when to use a different agent

Every shopping agent does the same core work: buys from the seller, receives the parcel, photographs it, and ships it on. Any of them can be asked for a label close-up, and the reading on this site works the same whichever agent took the photo.

What CNFans did differently, on the record, is describe its warehouse check in concrete terms, naming defects, sizes and colors. That is a useful anchor for a label request, because size is one of the label lines.

When to use another agent is clear for now: while cnfans.com shows its maintenance notice, ordering through CNFans is not possible. Other shopping agents handle Chinese garment labels the same way, so the label checks on this site carry over unchanged. This guide names none of them.

Choosing an agent you can hold to its word

For a label reader, a trustworthy agent is one whose promises are written down. Five things help: a named operating company, a published fee table, a written description of the warehouse check, label close-ups on request, and a support channel that answers.

Against the record, CNFans had a written check description and, today, a support address printed on its notice. The company was not named on the pages we could read, and the fee table and check details were never archived. Label close-ups on request were not stated either way.

Use the same five questions for any agent. They will not tell you which one to pick, and this guide does not rank agents, but they will show which promises you can point to later.

Announcements and community reports

The one official announcement in force is the maintenance notice. Earlier announcements on the archived home page were short banners whose full text was not captured, so this guide does not repeat them.

The buying guide links selected Reddit reports about missing QC images and wrong-size disputes. They are dated individual accounts, not official channels or evidence of laboratory compliance. No private Discord server has been reviewed for this site.

If you follow those threads, read them the way you read a tag: as claims with a date, to be held against what the official page says on the same day.

The CNFans wordmark, shown once

The red-and-black wordmark identifies CNFans, using the historical official rendering recorded on 23 August 2026. This site remains an independent guide, including where the wordmark appears in navigation.

The tag-reading tool and editorial explanations belong to this independent guide. Use of the CNFans mark does not make the site official or provide access to an account.

Branding is identified by its captured source and date; we do not claim to have obtained a new mark from the current maintenance page.

Showing the mark this way follows one rule: identify the company being written about, and never let its mark stand for this site.
